Sessions are pre-recorded for you to follow along on your own time each day of the week. This free series starts Sunday, October 23rd and runs through Saturday, October 29th (although you can start anytime after the 23rd if you miss the boat!).Prepare your mind and body for the Autumn Equinox through ten minutes of daily yoga practice designed to:
