What supplies does Yoga Nut bring to each session?
Yoga mats and straps.
Music.
Blocks, blankets and bolsters are available up request.
Bring your own mat if you prefer!
I work in a non-traditional office setting. Will Yoga Nut bring yoga to my workplace?
Yes! As long as there is floorspace I will come to you - no matter your working environment. I’ve taught in dental clinics, schools, large corporate buildings, local government offices, online, and more.

I am interested in meditation only. Is that possible?
Yes! Each session is tailored to meet your and your group’s needs. Length of time and type of service is based on your interest; however, 45 minute sessions are the most popular option. Yoga Nut provides combination classes that include yoga asana (posture flow) and meditation or all meditation.
Do I have to change out of my work clothes to participate?
That is up to you and your comfort level. For classes in which participants will wear work attire, I encourage pants/leggings/stockings. Please let me know if you plan to stay in work clothes for your session.
Cancellation Policy
Yoga Nut will reschedule any session cancelled 48 hours before the start of the session at no charge. If a session is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, a late cancellation fee of $35 will be charged. In order to reschedule the session, Yoga Nut must first receive the late fee. For classes scheduled outside, Yoga Nut reserves the right to reschedule or cancel at any time due to unsafe weather conditions. No refunds are available for community outdoor yoga sessions.
