Sun Salutation: 4 mins

A breakdown of how to practice Sun Salutation, also known as Surya Namaskar in sanskrit. This flow is good for building warmth in the body, encouraging blood flow and is a great a cardiovascular workout! Sun salutation can be practiced in and of itself (followed by relaxation) or used as a warmup.
